When I select Administrative Console:Help:Manage Modules to install, I receive error messages, such as "Subscriber sisn't reply to event: 1[33]; TCP Client Server error. What does this mean, and how can I install the file? Link to comment
Michel Kohanim Posted April 23, 2012 Share Posted April 23, 2012 Hello gwpetersburg, Please do make sure your network settings (Configuration | System | Network Settings) are correct. Specifically, please make sure your DNS/Gateway are correct. If you are using DHCP, then please make sure your router’s firewall is not blocking ISY. With kind regards, Michel Link to comment
