rgn2000 Posted April 30, 2012 Posted April 30, 2012 My notifications were working fine, but a while ago they just stopped. Sometimes this would happen because I use the general service and the monthly quota was hit, but this has been going on since March 19 to be exact so it can't be that. I saw that users lost notifications with version 3.1.17, but I don't upgrade often, and I'm still at version 2.8.14. Has everyone lost notifications and if so will an upgrade get them back? Thank you

Once that's done, you should look at your error log and see the type of errors you are getting. Sometimes it's a DNS issue and other times it could be network connectivity to the outside world.
