Copious Posted May 2, 2012 Posted May 2, 2012 I need to find a gateway that I can build some mobile apps to communicate with as part of a proof of concept. It needs to have API's that we can program to. Use case: Get a gateway for the house that I am able connect directly to Have the following automated utilities: Lights, Camera, Pet Feeder Perform two way communication from the mobile application ~ informed that someone has set off the video, change the thermostat, feed the cat when I dont get home The key point is that it is a smarthome gateway that we are able to write to.
