I just bought 2 of these and they work very well.

Great for old wiring setups.

Glad they worked out well for you.

I use LED and CFL bulbs. So they are not an option for me.

I use LED bulbs that are dimmable and they work just fine. I am using LED bulbs with the Regular Switchlinc dimmer and no problems.

I just don't recommend the FEIT bulbs that Costco sells. They don't have a soft start but they do dim. I am using them on my patio.

I am using the Phillips bulbs from Home Depot and they work fine.
