After A Restore ISY nothing.

I received a replacement ISY-99i/IR PRO and did a "Restore ISY". Everything seemed to go OK but after the backup was restored, I cannot communicate with the ISY. I've pushed the reset button. That didn't help so I unplugged the power for a few minutes and still can't reach the ISY. Would a factory reset help? If so, how do I do a factore reset?

Hello rtt3821,

 

As I mentioned in my email, you must factory reset ISY by pressing and holding the reset button for 30 seconds. Also, when you restore your backup - and when prompted - you should make sure NOT to use your network settings from the backup. That's the root cause of all the problems: you have an invalid network settings in your old ISY + the backup (does not match the router).
