Each time the ISY Backup function is run the following two messages display after a few minutes of processing:

 

Couldn't retrieve the configuration file/CONF/UD.DCF

and

Couldn't create the configurationzip file/bad file

 

Is the new backup file usable anyway? ...a bit concerned about trying to 'Restore' to see if the Backup is functional...

I do apologize for the inconvenience. Would you please try reinstalling the SSL certificate (https://www.universal-devices.com/ssl/insteon) and retry the backup?
