gspence Posted September 30, 2012 Posted September 30, 2012 About a month ago something changed and my programs were no longer working. When I access the admin console it reports communications failures with every device. I can no longer access my devices using my iPhone app either. I've tried resetting the ISY/99i, reset the PLM, nothing seems to work. The ethernet lights on the back of the ISY show link and activity. The power light is on in the front and I see the Mem light working when I do a backup or access the console. But I never see the TX/RX lights blink. Any other things I can try myself or is my only option to call for support? Thanks! Greg

If so, unplug the dongle and see if things get improved 2. Do you have any dual band devices? If so, do you also have a baby monitor?
