Complete system failure

About a month ago something changed and my programs were no longer working. When I access the admin console it reports communications failures with every device. I can no longer access my devices using my iPhone app either.

 

I've tried resetting the ISY/99i, reset the PLM, nothing seems to work. The ethernet lights on the back of the ISY show link and activity. The power light is on in the front and I see the Mem light working when I do a backup or access the console. But I never see the TX/RX lights blink.

 

Any other things I can try myself or is my only option to call for support?

Hi Greg,

 

I am so very sorry to hear. Two questions:

 

1. Do you have any thermostats? If so, unplug the dongle and see if things get improved

2. Do you have any dual band devices? If so, do you also have a baby monitor? If so, remove the baby monitor and see if things get improved
