Phantom keypad signals

A keypad that was installed about 12 mo ago and working without a problem has developed phantom signals. For example when I turn on a table lamp on button C a ceiling light on bottom A will briefly turn on/off. I have performed a restore which will only correct the problem temporarily.

 

Any suggestions?

Hi flsenior,

 

The first thing I recommend to check your Program Summary tab and see whether or not any programs get activated. I suspect you have programs that are being activated/deactivated.

 

Secondly, you would want to do a restore ON THE DEVICE that's turning on/off randomly.

 

And, finally, if KPL version is 2A or 2D, then it's the KPL itself and it must be replaced.
