Schedules in a scene?

What am I missing?

If schedules in programs only run when the Admin Console is on,

how does ISY make those schedules happen if the computer is OFF??

Programs run even when admin panel is off. No computer is necessary for programs to run.

Mine run even with the computer Off.

Everything runs from the ISY controller.
