ISY backup fails - Could Not Retrieve File /CONF/HW.CFG

Hi,

 

Just tried to backup my ISY a couple times & got this message both times.

 

Error

Could Not Retrieve File /CONF/HW.CFG

 

I didn't see this on a search of the forum.

Any idea how to work around this?

Thanks for the help. The backup worked after removing that file.

I have a similar issue with /conf/2. I've tried using the rf command, and it says "*error: cannot delete file: /conf/2". Ideas?

We don't have any files without an extension. So, what is the file extension?
