Is this error going to be resolved. Have not heard anything since submitting the debug log.

Believe so. The log shows polling. This error happens randomly.

Seems to be working. I did notice that the short poll was set at 3600 and long 600. These were the values when reinstalled and before as I recall. Please check if these are the values that are in the download plugin. Changed short to 900 and long to 1800. Not sure if this caused the problem or a NOAA issue.

I needed something to do, so I started testing the UD Mobile Geofence function. Very easy to setup and it is doing its thing. Upon exiting the zone, a variable GEO_SW is being set to 0, entering the zone to 1. Program GEO TEST MSG is being used to send a UD Mobil message with the state of the value. So far, very impressed. Will use to turn on my garage lights after sunset at some point. My Remote Connection Access was set to NO. Reconfigured and all 3 parameters were YES. The Ring Test now shows SUCCESS. However, still not getting a motion event in my program. Also, restarted a few times.

I have restarted, deleted and reinstalled. Just tried a restart again and still have the problem. The "Test Ring" keeps generating Failure versus Success. Totally puzzled. Yesterday I added a 2nd Ring Chime. However, chimes are not included in the server node that could cause this.

I have a few programs that are triggered by a RING device motion action. As of this morning, motion is not being activated in IoX. Submitted a ticket. Has anyone else had this problem?

Only 1 battery requires a charge when low. Always just removed the low battery for recharge while 2nd continues to power device.

Can the 2nd battery life be added for the device?

Don't have an answer to that question. Suggest going to the PG3 store to get any information for the node server and the creator.

No problem at all with range - max. about 75 ft. for mine. However, I have seen up to 1000 ft for some of their devices. I believe the devices may be communicating locally with the hub and cloud for the app. The ease of adding devices is impressing. Have not had any issues with any of the devices since installing. All the devices are being used to control scenes in IoX.
