@Geddy - Thanks for clarifying the part about factory resetting all Insteon devices before migrating from Hub to Polisy. I’ve been reading the wiki, customer installation notes etc and this forum and I still was not aware you had to reset each device….something I’m not looking forward to, but easy to do. I’ll be practicing with the least important devices first for practice before the “great migration”.

The ROI has already been determined in the products/price point they sell at. This is a chance to sell more product. What doesn’t add up? Be specific.

It may not be "UDI's job to cover for Insteon", but I agree with Ross. This is a tremendous business opportunity for UD to not only gain new customers, but loyal customers for helping them/us out.

That's what I did. A few hours ago, the eBay seller was only showing 10 left when I purchased. I also spoke to UD and not surprisingly, they are getting inundated from Insteon owners. It looks like I'll be migrating to Polisy. UD is working hard to identify sources that can provide the PLM's needed for what will be The Great Migration.

Thanks Teken. Good to see your posts again. You helped me a great deal back in 2012 when I was setting up my Insteon system. I also took your advice on a whole house surge protector that you also use. Always great advice.

Does the usb work on a laptop using 3rd party software like Homeseer?

Thanks. I did see it, but still trying to figure out next steps if my Hub is useless.

This thread began last summer and now its April 2022. Are there any recommendations on what can replace the Insteon Hub 2?
