  1. Hi X, Yes, it's fixed ... sorry for not letting you know. The problem was that we added enhanced images for folders with conditions. Unfortunately, Linux does not yet support image overlay. As such, it's conditionally compiled out in case the operating system is Linux. Please clear your Java cache and try: http://www.universal-devices.com/99i/2.7.7/admin.jnlp With kind regards, Michel Any update on this ? Thanks. -X
  2. Hello Heiko, Unfortunately that's the limitation of the firmware at this point ... it's on the list to be enhanced. What you can do is to use the Find/Replace function in the programs to look for Not Specified and then replace them with your new device. With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hi doubleshot, The major issue is that your condition is being impacted by the action. In this case: Set '1st.Bath1.Light.Overhead' 50% Set '1st.Bath1.Light.Shower' 50% Makes your condition true. And, Set '1st.Bath1.Light.Shower' Off Set '1st.Bath1.Light.Overhead' Off Makes your condition false in which case the whole program stops since the condition has turned false. With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hi Glenn, Long time no see! Hope all is well. Please upgrade to 2.7.7 (need to send an email to support@universal-devices.com). Once upgraded, use: http://www.universal-devices.com/99i/2.7.7/admin.jnlp Most MAC issues are resolved in this release. With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hi Walter, Thanks so very much: First of all, please clear your Java cache and ensure that you are using the latest 2.7.7/admin.jnlp for we have made many changes. Secondly, please do make sure your IOLinc version is above .39. 1. Known issue with the hold time ... we changed the 2 seconds to 2 10th of a second as per instructions from SH. Apparently those are not valid instructions. For now, you could use the number x 10 (to convert to seconds) till we figure out what the actual range is 2. It works here ... so, please ensure you have v.39 and above With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hi Tim, Thanks so very much for the update which I am sure is quite helpful to others. My main question is: if you have the Trigger Off (reverse) checked, does the Relay status equal to the Sensor status OR are they independent? This is the main issue which we are currently waiting for an answer on. Thanks again and with kind regards, Michel
  7. Hi Kevin, No need to apologize: that's why we are here! It's not good to completely shut off your firewall. Please review the recommendations here and let me know if they also solve your issues with Kaspersky: http://forum.universal-devices.com/viewtopic.php?t=1162 With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hi Kevin, If you can turn on the lights the we do not have network related issues. This is a very good sign. Now, I am almost certain the problem is with the firewall on your systems. Have you tried putting ISY in the trusted zone? What firewall software do you have and have you tried the remedies here: http://forum.universal-devices.com/viewforum.php?f=3 With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hi Kevin, Yes! Try turning on/off a device from the Admin Console. If the device actually turns on/off, then the problem is that your firewall is STOPPING traffic from ISY. You might want to try the following URL which is an application instead of an applet. In some cases, firewalls might be more lenient with applications: http://www.universal-devices.com/99i/2.7.7/admin.jnlp ... if this works, then I recommend upgrading to 2.7.7. With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hello mvprj84, Thanks so very much for the update. Although things work, I would like to know the exact behavior of this device. As such, I am going to forward this post to our SH contact. Thanks again and with kind regards, Michel
  11. Hello mvprj84, I just tested the status issue with both Trigger On/Off (reverse) and in both cases the status of the sensor was independent of the status of the relay. I am using Latch (continuous mode). This does not make sense at all and I would like to get to the bottom of it. Would you be kind enough to retest with Trigger option in reverse? And, THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH for your warm words. I do appreciate it very much and I must tell you that you just made my day! When your review is ready, would you be kind enough to send a link to our support (support@universal-devices.com) so that we can include it in our Wiki. Thanks and with kind regards, Michel
  12. Hi David, This is supported in 2.7.7. With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hi Paul, In a limited way, yes. Each program can be used as a flag. So, if the program is true, then testing for that program is also true and vice versa. With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hi mvprj84, I do have a version 36 here as well which works perfectly. The status of the sensor is not impacted by the status of the relay. I am using 2.7.7 ... just to be in synch, I do recommend upgrading to 2.7.7, removing your IOLinc from ISY, and then adding it back in. If this does not work, then I suspect you might have to get a replacement unit. With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hello brklass1, Unfortunately, we cannot represent half links in ISY. With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hello brklass1, Currently this feature requires a lot of programming since you would have to first know if the device is above some level and then apply the load shed signal. We do have plans of supporting Power Save mode in the programs but, currently, it has a very low priority. With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hi Candide, Thanks for the clarification. In Excel, Macros should be enabled before you see anything. When Excel is opened, on the top there is a button which allows you to enable Macros. Please let me know if this helps. With kind regards, Michel
  18. DEGoodrich, Great. I did send you an email on Friday to see if I could connect to your computer remotely and see what's going on. Please send an email to tech@universal-devices.com and let's setup a time so that I can login remotely and fix the 99. With kind regards, Michel
  19. DEGoodrich, I want to verify that you do NOT see any power lights on ISY99. I must also tell you that there was a bug in 2.7.7 which stopped any downgrade attempt in the middle. I do not think that could have caused these issues but just another point of data. With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hi Candide, The log files cannot be Zero unless you use Tools | Clear Logs. What operating system are you on and how to you access the logs (via Excel?). With kind regards, Michel
  21. jason|99, The fundamental concept are scenes and controller each one of which could have different on level/ramp rates for a set of responders. So, that's why the scene is behaving differently than physically activating a button. To make sure: 1. Click on the scene and check the on level/ramp rates for all the devices within the scene (to your right) 2. Click on one of the switches within the scene and check the on level and ramp rate for the devices in the scene I am guessing that they are different. As far as your kitchen sink, if you used Import Existing Links when you first registered the device, then I would assume that there was an orphaned link in there. The best thing to do would be to remove this Kitchen Sink, do a factory reset on it, and then add it back. With kind regards, Michel
  22. DEGoodrich, I am so very sorry to hear this. Are you using your 26 now? With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hi Perry, The URL you are using is actually a Java application which does not require a browser. When you first download the application, an Icon with the name "99i Administrative Console" is automatically placed on your desktop. Please ensure that you have this icon. With kind regards, Michel
  24. HI jason|99, What you want to do is to add both switches as controllers and any other device (that does not control the scene) as responders. With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hi aLf, I totally understand. iLinc is an iPhone application which subscribes to ISY. How do you access your ISY when you are remote? That might be the clue. With kind regards, Michel
