That’s what I thought I was doing here as UDI folks frequent these forums. I find no where to contact UD from their website. If someone can point me to a contact page, I’ll go there.

That article says the ISY994 is limited to 1 year but EISY will still have 1 or 2 year renewals.
-
It’s time to renew my ISY Portal license. I have purchased a 2 year renewal the last 6 years but I don’t see 2 years as an option this year. Is that right? Is there a 2 year renewal? Thanks.

I understand that the EISY is going to OS 14.1 soon. Mine is at 5.8.xx. Did I miss several updates? Can someone help clarify? Thanks!

Will this code run on 'KBM Home' state change?
Kentinada replied to Kentinada's topic in IoX Program Support
@Geddy These aren't state variables. They are geofence devices (both of our iPhones). I set up this geofence so long ago I'm not sure how they got created. I tried uploading a screenshot of how they look in the Admin console but got errors both times. I've added a notification to the program so I'll know if it fires appropriately. And yes, I only want this working between 6a and midnight. -
I have this very short program below that is intended to turn our indoor Christmas lights on as long as either my wife or I am home. I have a geofence defined that sets a variable in the geofence settings on UD Mobile for both us. It works. KBM Home is true if either Kent or Nancy is true meaning we're within the geofence. Here's the code: If From 6:00:00AM To 12:00:00AM (next day) And 'KBM Home' Occupied is True Then Set '02-LR-DR / Christmas Indoors' On Else Set '02-LR-DR / Christmas Indoors' Off Will this code be triggered if the state of the geofence variable 'KBM Home' changes from true to false or vice versa? Thanks.

Is this Z-wave outdoor plug compatible with my EISY/Z-wave setup? Their website doesn’t list UD as a compatible hub. https://www.thesmartesthouse.com/products/zooz-700-series-z-wave-plus-outdoor-double-plug-zen14
-
@Ross Thanks, maybe I should install the 2nd hub on my lower level. It's just sitting in a box now. Probably couldn't hurt.
-
Never mind. Just saw the Re-install button. Duh.
-
So I assume I have to delete the trial version first because that slot is already occupied?
-
I just purchased the YoLink plugin as it is working well. Do I need to install it in a new PG3x slot or just leave the trial plugin running?
-
@dwengrovitz thanks for the great info.
-
I got the hub without speaker. So far, so good. I need a few more sensors though. I might buy another 4 pack and hub from Amazon even if I don't use the 2nd hub. it's the cheapest price for the sensors I've found. Would there be any benefit to having a hub on the main level and a 2nd one on our lower level and connect the sensors to the hub on the same level? Or just go with the single hub and 8-10 sensors connected to it from both levels?
-
Well I just spotted the 4 devices in my admin console. They are not grouped under the YoLinkSetup device. They're shown listed alphabetically in my devices. I guess I could group them in a folder. They all say Water Sensor Dry. I assume within a program, I can test for Wet (maybe?) and take action based on that.
-
Too late. I deleted and reinstalled the plugin. Now I have the 4 sensors showing up as nodes in the plugin interface but the admin console still shows just the YoLinkSetup device. I quit the console and restarted. No change. Progress but not there yet.
-
There is a YoLinkSetup node - same as I see in the Admin console. There are timeout errors in the log (attached). Not sure why.
-
I just installed my first hub and 4 type 1 sensors. Is there a limit to how many sensors I can connect to this hub if I want to add more which I'm sure I will?
-
I just installed a Yolink hub and 4 type 1 leak sensors at my home. I have them configured in the Yolink app and everything looks good there. I installed the trial version of the Yolink plugin from the plugin store and configured it with my UAID and Secret Key. I didn't see anything else in the installation instructions that I needed to do. I have restarted the plugin multiple times. What I see in my EISY admin console is a device called "YoLinkSetup" and it says it's connected. But I don't see any of the 4 installed sensors which I guess I expected to see. What should I do next?
-
@Geddy very useful information! Thanks. I planned to integrate the Yolink stuff with the plugin so this was helpful to know. I also would prefer to have the hub plugged into an ethernet port.
-
@dwengrovitz Thanks, this is great info. I was looking at the Sensor 1 on Yosmart's website and it says it works with Alexa. I was hoping to build alerts into Alexa if water was detected. Did you try that?

I had 3 iPad’s listed. See attached. I had to disable them all and re-enable 1 at a time. Only 1 worked which I renamed Kent’s iPad. Not sure where the other 2 came from. Is there a way to delete them?
-
Notifications are not coming through to UD Mobile on my iPad but they are on my iPhone. This used to work. I have done a sync but that has not fixed it.
-
@dwengrovitz and @stevehoyt are these the sensors/hub you refer to? https://a.co/d/e0xp0WS

I am looking to add a few water sensors to my Eisy/Zmatter environment. I've seen problems albeit a year ago here with ZSE42 and Aoetec sensors. Are those issues resolved? Anyone have a suggestion for a solid product that works today?
