@DennisC I am on a Mac using Safari - all up to latest versions. When I choose System from the hamburger menu, this is what I get. It looks like everything is up to date. But this is what my eisy-ui loads as: (part of it anyway) Thoughts? Oh never mind, I see you have to go somewhere else from the hamburger menu to see information so I think it's working correctly. I will say this does not work from Safari on my iPad with IOS. I suppose that is expected.

@DennisC so http://eisy.local works - I think. I was able to log in but it didn't take me to my PG3 dashboard. It took me to the main page of the eisy-ui which in my case is totally blank because I've spent no time trying to figure that out and build it up. Is that what I should expect to see?

So http://eisy.local:3000/ does not work. My login credentials fail even though I know they're correct. What does work is going to IoX Launcher and picking my EISY name. From there I pick Polyglot V3 (PG3) from the drop down menu and that works. If I use the official way to sign in @DennisC shared about, it takes me to page titled 'eisy-ui' but the login fails with a network error. Getting a little more than confused. But I do have a way to access my PG3 dashboard in the meantime.
  4. I tried clicking on the "More Info" button from the IoX-Matter page in the non-production store but it gives a "{"error":"Authentication Error"}". :(

@DennisC thanks. So let's talk about #2 first. I was getting to my PG3 page through the Admin console. I did reboot my EISY and then the purchases showed up again and I was able to update the Yolink plugin. Thanks for that. I also found there was a package update to I'm installing that now. I did get a "Socket timeout" popup but it looks like it's upgrading. We'll see. Hope that message goes away when it's done.

I have tried that menu item several times and it doesn't show any purchases at all. See screen shot. But my ISY Portal shows several plugin purchases. Not sure what is going on.
  7. If I rename something in my IoX Admin Console, will the name change propagate through to Apple Home through the IoX Matter bridge? And vice versa - renaming in Home get sent back to Admin Console/EISY?

On my PG3 Dashboard, it shows an update available for the Yoink server. But when I click on Update, I get to this screen and no upgrade button. It's been while since I upgraded a plugin but I'm scratching my head right now. Any help would be appreciated. I bought this plugin back in 2024. Thanks!
  9. In UD Mobile on my iPhone, under Settings there is a WiFi Configuration item under Admin. I have my EISY connected to my LAN via Ethernet. Do I need to go through this process it describes? See photo. Thanks.
  10. So I followed the instructions in the wiki and most things seem to work. But Notifications do not come through to either new iPhone but they do come through to UD Mobile on my iPad. Ideas on where to look?
  11. @Javi hello! Been a while since we chatted thru the issues with my wife’s iPhone 13. But it has been working fine the last year or so. Today, however, I bit the bullet and ordered is both new iPhone 17’s. Is there a doc anywhere you can point me to make this transition as painless as possible? Thanks!
  12. So I went to Hubitat.com and looked at their products. Do I read it wrong or is a Hubitat hub basically an alternative solution to the EISY?
  13. @xlurkr what Hubitat hub do you use or is there only one? Do you have a link? Thanks.
  14. So every time I restart the Admin Console, I get a Z-wave Device 9 Secure Inclusion popup asking me to verify or reject this long string of numbers (the 1st four of which are the PIN). If I click Verify, if goes to a Remove Devices popup. See below. It just stays open till I click the red close button in upper left. Is this expected? I also have 3 instances of ZY 009 SC Basic Control. Is that expected as well?
  15. @Techman sure enough! Thank you. I assume I need to remove the device and re-add it to add the security.
  16. I just got a ZOOZ ZEN05 800LR Outdoor Plug to use with my EISY/Zwave setup. The device came with several QR codes to set it up but none for the EISY so I just went into the Admin console/Z-wave menu and added a new device. I pressed the button on the plug 3 times to put it into pairing mode and my EISY found it. It showed it supported S2 security but to add it with that enabled, I needed a PIN which I don't believe I have. I don't see anything in the box that says it's a PIN. So I turned off S2 and it added with no security (I assume). How could I add this device with the S2 turned on? How would I find the PIN? Any helpful suggestions appreciated. Thanks!
  17. So the support on EISY for the Aqara FP300 motion sensor is minimal. Does adding an Aqara Hub help me at all? The M200 supports Matter. Does that help me integrate these devices more so I could use a program in EISY to respond to motion detected by the FP300?
  18. OK got it fixed and working. Had to go into Privacy & Security and tell MacOS to open start.jnlp regardless. Hope this helps someone else too.
  19. Well I have gotten further after doing some more searching. I found a thread that said to install rosetta through the Terminal app and then I would be able to install the JRE 471 update which in fact worked. But now I have the start.jnlp on my desktop and MacOS will NOT open it. Ideas on that?
  20. My MacBook is running MacOS 26.1 by the way.
  21. I'm trying to get Java runtime installed on my new MacBook Pro/M4 but the Java 8 Update 471 fails with OS Error Code 1. Without Java, I cannot get to my Admin Console. How can I fix? Thanks and Happy Thanksgiving!
  22. @xlurkr No I hadn't done that but have done so now. The FP300 updated its firmware and then got to a point where in the Aqara app it wanted to connect to a hub. I don't have one so I went to the EISY Admin Console and added the device again through the Zigbee/Add a Zigbee Device menu. It completed and I have these 3 devices shown in my Network. No idea why the first one shows disabled. 2nd and 3rd devices (Main and Weather) show the temperature and humidity in my office where the device is currently sitting. I see nothing that shows me how it show presence detection (motion detection?). I'm closer but not all the way there yet. Do I need an Aqara hub in my network? I wanted to use this as a motion sensor because of its compact size. Thoughts?
  23. I tried adding the FP300 to my EISY through the Zigbee/Add a Zigbee Device menu command. It found a device but said something about waiting for an interview process to complete. The window went away and now I have a device in my Admin console called ZB 46576.1 Main but it does not respond to motion. If I press the Query button, I get a Request Failed popup. I'm clearly out of my league here. I guess I need to read more on Thread/Matter/Zigbee. Any pointers would be apppreciated.
  24. Should I be use this new Aqara FP300 motion sensor that supports Thread & Zigbee with my EISY and ZMatter USB device? I have not done much with Zwave/Zigbee/Thread and I’m trying to bench out from INSTEON a bit. Thoughts?
