Okay, thank you for your help. I've deleted windows temp files, still have error message, but slightly different. I will open a ticket.

I just cleared cache and downloaded Launcher. Admin Console could not load nodes, do you want to close, so I closed Admin Console, then Launcher was not able to find. I power cycled PLM and eIsy and was able to bring up AC again. Tried to create scene called "house" and below is a slightly different error message regarding a config file?
-
No, no scene is created in the Admin Console.
-
Just updated Firmware and UI to 5.8.4. and replaced my PLM (it was 5 years old and I have several replacements on stand-by). I am still receiving the ERROR "Add scene incomplete"?
-
5.8.0 on both Firmware and UI
-
Yesterday, I started receiving the following error when trying to create a new scene in eIsy IoX (admin console): Error: Add Scene Incomplete (name of scene) [-2000000/-14] This error reminded me of a similar error I received (a long time ago) on ISY994i (unable to add new scene). It was recommended I upgrade to "PRO" version of ISY994i, which I did, and solved that issue. So what does this error mean on eIsy and how do I correct it? Thanks!

Harmony Hubs not discovered after installing new wifi router
jpoje replied to jpoje's topic in HarmonyHub
In router I found "diagnostic tool" and I selected "ping" and put in ip address to one of the harmonys and this is what I received: (looks like harmony is receiving packets?) PING 192.168.58.16 (192.168.58.16): 56 data bytes 64 bytes from 192.168.58.16: seq=0 ttl=64 time=18.297 ms 64 bytes from 192.168.58.16: seq=1 ttl=64 time=3.274 ms 64 bytes from 192.168.58.16: seq=2 ttl=64 time=3.962 ms 64 bytes from 192.168.58.16: seq=3 ttl=64 time=2.029 ms 64 bytes from 192.168.58.16: seq=4 ttl=64 time=20.555 ms --- 192.168.58.16 ping statistics --- 5 packets transmitted, 5 packets received, 0% packet loss round-trip min/avg/max = 2.029/9.623/20.555 ms ping completed -
Harmony Hubs not discovered after installing new wifi router
jpoje replied to jpoje's topic in HarmonyHub
Thank you so much for responding. Unfortunately, I haven't a clue on how to perform that task. I will go in the router's advanced settings and see if I see anything that says "allow discover packets". If it helps, I do have my "ethernet" device room set up in the router to "share" to the "wifi" device room that the harmonys are located in and visa versa. My Bond hub which is wifi and located in the same "room" in the router as the harmonys, was able to connect through PG3 Bond node server to eIsy. I also have a wifi govee light connected through PG3 govee node server to eIsy. -
Hello, I'm looking for some advice regarding getting the PG3 Harmony Hub node server back up and running. I replaced my TPLink Archer 11000 wifi router last week with the new RIO ROUTER. I am not a tech person, so bear with me on terminology. I have managed to get my nearly 50 network devices back up and working including eIsy, Blue Iris, Alexas, Firesticks, Shields, Roombas, Harmonys, Bonds etc. I started to count up all my Insteon/Zwave/Zigbee devices that I have installed over the past 13 years, and currently installed on eIsy, and came up with 154. 😲 I also have several PG3 node servers setup, eIsyIR, Bond and Harmony. So here's my issue, I have not been able to get PG3 HarmonyHub to discover my 4 hubs now that they've been moved over to the new Rio Router. I have deleted the node server, reinstalled, discovered, started, restarted, rebooted eIsy, etc, etc. It just won't discover the 4 hubs. It runs discovery but comes back with 0 hubs. I have enabled "share" to every device/room in the new Router. I just can't think of anything else to do. I tried to configure one of the harmony's ip address into the node server, which I wasn't sure of exact format, I just typed hostname in the key and the ip address in the value, and clicked save, still would not discover the harmony hub. I have eIsy connected via ethernet (not wifi) and all the harmony hubs have XMPP enabled. I'm suspecting it must be some setting in the router, but have been able to get everything else up and running just fine. Any advice or suggestions on getting the node server to discover my 4 harmony hubs, would greatly be appreciated.

Sengled A19 Zigbee Color Bulbs Ability to tune bulbs 2000K-6500K https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07HL5GPPF?ref=emc_s_m_5_i_atc&th=1

Thank you @Mike M. So I just changed out ALL of my Bluetooth ceiling bulbs and BT/WIFI led strip controllers (that worked just fine in Alexa app controlling colors and whites), to Zigbee bulbs and Zigbee led controllers in hopes of all local control of bulbs and led strips in Eisy (and not rely on Alexa integration). I don't care too much about my LED strip lighting, RGB is fine as they are mostly for fun, but the Bulbs and LED strips for under cabinet lighting really do need some warm/bright white options. I suppose I may have to switch back to my Bluetooth bulbs and Alexa for now. ☹️
-
Did you ever get this issue resolved, as I've also been struggling trying to get my Sengled Zigbee BR30 bulbs to tune to different whites in Eisy? (bulbs are changeable white 2700K - 6500K). Before connecting them to Eisy, the bulbs first came on with a very calming warm white, but since integrating them into the Eisy, I am unable to duplicate any whites except a harsh bright white. Not sure if I am also missing something?

Sengled Zigbee BR30/E26 Bulbs Model: E12-N1E 2700K - 6500K While I can control RGB colors, I haven't been able to figure out how to control the white 2700K - 6500K? Bulbs first turned on with a nice warm white, but since adding into eisy, I haven't been able to duplicate that warm white color? The description indicates temperature of light bulb is changeable 2700K - 6500K. Is there something I'm missing or is the feature not available? In the Harmony software, "add a new device", choose "Flirc" for manufacturer, then "Kodi" for model. Add the new Flirc device to one of your Harmony activities. It's been awhile since I set this all up, but after that I followed the Flirc node server instructions and everything just worked. Hope that helps.
-
Thank you, yes, I have followed the instructions and videos at the link you provided. So where I got stuck was second video showing AC where you press remote button and create a node. I pressed remote buttons and no nodes are created, no matter what remote I used (Harmony or regular IR remote). After experimenting and reading some posts on the Flirc forum, I added a new "Device" into the Harmony software and then I was able to easily create nodes in the eISYIR Node Server. Once I had those nodes, I was able to modify my Harmony Activities and my IR programs migrated from ISY994i IR to work as they did before migration.
-
I apologize as your wording and the PG3 node server instructions seem so simple, but I am just not grasping how to do this and need a little more explanation please. "Send each IR signal to get the node server to add the nodes" I have my Harmony Hub (which will send the IR signal) right next to my Eisy with the Flirc attached to USB, then I just press a button on my remote and a node will be created? Seems too simple, and I have tried that and do not see any new nodes showing up. There has to be something else I need to do first in AC or PG3 before pressing the remote button? I most appreciate your help!
-
I just received the Flirc as the Harmony node server will not accomplish the above 3 tasks I mentioned above. I followed instructions and installed the Flirc desktop software and uploaded the configuration file (that is located here on the forum) into the Flirc. I then took the Flirc and plugged into EISY, and installed the trial eISYIR node server. In Admin Console, it shows one new node EisyIR Controller and it is "Online". So now how do I get or create the nodes (Play, Pause and Stop), so that when I use my Harmony remote it will trigger the 3 IR programs I migrated over from ISY994i IR? I appreciate any help and/or suggestions!
-
I probably wouldn't have figured it out anyway without the screenshot lol 🤔. The Bond Node server will be a most useful addition to my home automation as it will allow me to add those remote controlled items into my existing programs (and remove them from my Alexa routines). Thanks again!

The visual screenshot did the trick! Everything up and running! I appreciate your assistance and patience with me!

About a week ago I migrated to EISY. I've been using ISY since 2011. I began experimenting yesterday with Polyglot PG3, Harmony, Blue Iris, Bond. Mysteriously last night, I noticed none of my programs were working. This morning when I logged into Admin Console, ALL my programs have been disabled. What caused this, as this has never happened before? Is there anyway to enable all the programs without going one by one and enabling each and every one individually? Can I just restore a backup from yesterday, will that restore the programs back to enabled? Any assistance is appreciated!!!!
-
I'm sorry, is it possible to provide a screen shot or example of exactly what that means, as I am not a programmer or technical person? I have the IP address and token from the bond app. Parameter, hostname, value token string is greek to me and not sure how to format that or where to type it. I most appreciate any additional assistance, examples, screenshots, you are able to provide to get me started. Thank you.
-
Token and ip address (see photo, is this correct)? I have done a reboot on EISY, restart on Bond device, restart, discover in PG3 (shows 0 nodes). I retrieved the Bond's IP address from my wifi router and token from inside the Bond app on my Iphone. I have several fans, gate and fireplace setup in the bond.
-
I just migrated to EISY and new to PG3. I have purchased the Bond Node Server and believe I followed all instructions for setup (see below). While the Bond is showing in EISY, I am unable to discover any nodes from the Bond. What am I doing wrong, or what steps did I miss setting this up. I appreciate any assistance or suggestions!
