Insteon leak sensor for pure water?
You might try this experiment: soak a piece of paper in salt water, then let it dry out. After it's dry place it under the leak sensor. If the paper gets wet due to a leak it should trigger the sensor.

isy994i power light is not ON
Try removing the power from the ISY for about 30 seconds. When it reboots the other LEDs should show activity. If that's not the case you may have a bad power supply or another issue. If that doesn't help then send UDI a support ticket. support@universal-devices.com

Required OS Version for Smarthome Devices 2844-222 and
Those devices are not supported in 4.8.0 Version 5.x.x supports them but you'll have to do some manual updating on programs and scenes. Here's the info on the latest ISY firmware version. Be sure to read all the release notes notes before updating. Release 5.3.0 is now available - Current Release, Betas, and Bug Reports - Universal Devices Forum (universal-devices.com)

Question about Insteon PLM
You're better off waiting. The newer PLMs have updated firmware, updated RS232 interface,, updated capacitors, and increased memory.

Question about Insteon PLM
The ISY requires the serial version. Currently the PLM is on back order from Smarthome, you may have to wait until the end of December or January before they become available. It's also possible that an updated version of the PLM may be what's back ordered. This is what you'll need: Serial Modem Interface | HouseLinc Compatible |Smarthome

Battery Operated Security Wifi Camera?
Take a look at the Ring cameras. I believe that there's a Ring node server for ring.

Intermittant ALL ON
Here's what you're looking for: INSTEON Random All On Events Random All On events are related to INSTEON commands being sent to the PLM from ISY and, on the other hand, one (or more) INSTEON devices sending events to the PLM at the same time and thus causing packet collision. RF/dual band devices increase the likelihood of this event since they send two packets for each signal. The combination of the following technique will dramatically reduce the likelihood of All On events: You don't have any programs that use Control for a device and then send a Scene command to a scene which includes the same physical device. So different buttons from the same KPL are considered one device Don't Use a Control for a device which is already a Controller for some Scene and then have the program send other INSTEON commands to other devices/scenes. This basically causes two or more events arrive at the PLM at the same time In addition, motion sensors with low battery, sometimes go crazy and start sending sequences of on/off every second or so. As such: Check Tools | Log for sequences of motion sensor on/off every few seconds and in succession If you do have those, change the motion sensor battery

LED Bulbs Flicker on traffic
I stand corrected, the newer Feit bulbs have concealed a a small driver circuit in the base of the bulb. These bulbs will dim almost all the way down and I have not experienced any flicker even at the lowest dim setting.

Can't Add Mini Remote 2342-222
also, make sure the battery in the mini remote is fully charged and that's it's within range of either your PLM or a dual band device.

LED Bulbs Flicker on traffic
Here's the line of bulbs I was referring to. I believe that the Insteon dimmers use a TRIAC to reduce their output voltage. https://www.feit.com/product/810-lumen-2700k-dimmable-led/
-
LED Bulbs Flicker on traffic
Some of the earlier generation LED bulbs incorporated a driver circuit which, in some instances, responded to fluctuations in the line voltage, thus the flicker. The newer generation led bulbs, especially some of the FEIT bulbs, no longer use driver circuits, just an LED element. Not only do they run cooler but they also weigh less as they don't require a heat sink.

Need help with ISY-994i and Cannot Determine Insteon Engine
Did you go through all the troubleshooting tips in the attached video? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NMx5yHTU2g4 Have you added any new electronics lately?

"Unavailable"
5.3.0 is incompatible with the 300 series Zwave board. If you're not sure which board you have take a look at the Zwave firmware version. If it's not 6.8.1 then you have the 300 series board and will need to update to the 500 series board.
-
Release 5.3.0 - OUTDATED
5.3.0 does not support the 300 series board. For now you're OK to stay with 5.0.16C If you decide to add some Zwave devices later on then it's best to upgrade to the 500 series board and the 5.3.0 ISY firmware. For more information read the release notes for the various versions.

Release 5.3.0 - OUTDATED
It's not unusual to end up with unexplained nodes. To clean up the device tree I created a folder and put all the unused nodes in it. I noticed that you have a pending write for ZW038, Right click on that node and then write updates.

Micros and In-line relays discontinued!!??
Here's the specs, maybe this is why they're unloading the current model. Insteon® Serial Interface Modem (Dual-Band) Model: 2234-223 Insteon Modem Features Expanded operation to 100-240VAC and 50/60Hz. Increased Insteon links storage from ~1000 to ~4,000 links with faster read/writes Uses the same communication protocol and structure to match earlier models Updated all processors with increased memory space and speed Beefed up electronics to reduce failures due to AC-mains electrical spikes, noise and heat from poorly ventilated install locations New and smaller enclosure that matches other Insteon plug-in products Increased powerline transmitting signaling levels and robustness New RF circuit with higher sensitivity components and calibrated antenna circuit Supplies 5VDC capable of powering single-board computers like ISY™ controllers Added fast TVS surge suppression on the Serial port to prevent static damage

Micros and In-line relays discontinued!!??
Good point. I found a 2413S PLM on Amazon, that's shipped from Smarthome. What's a bit unnerving is that it was the last one and the price had been reduced by about $20. Either they're coming out with an updated replacement or .......? Update I just took another look on Amazon and now they're not showing as unavailable, but the price is still reduced. https://www.amazon.com/Insteon-2413S-Serial-Interface-Dual-Band/dp/B002X8W4SI/ref=sr_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=2413s&qid=1602806019&sr=8-3

Micros and In-line relays discontinued!!??
Brian, what's the date in the database for the 2234-223 PLM? It's most likely for Europe. I noticed that the 2413S PLM is "sold out" on the Smarthome website I found a Bridge Controller and 3 versions of Wall Switches that are in the process of getting approval. Not sure what country they're being designed for.
-
Micros and In-line relays discontinued!!??
The new owner of Smarthome has been slowly thinning out the product line. If you see an item on sale it's probably on its way to being discontinued. They do have a a few new items in development but they might just be replacements for existing outlets and switches.

ISY994 not finding Zwave Devices
The Zwave dongle does not support an external antenna, and has an effective range of about 25 feet depending on walls etc. To get the best coverage you should install a zwave repeater / extender such as this one within about 25 feet of your ISY. https://www.amazon.com/Aeotec-Range-Extender-Z-Wave-repeater/dp/B01M6CKJXC/ref=asc_df_B01M6CKJXC/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=167135357001&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=4740950404248099910&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9030974&hvtargid=pla-343932047164&psc=1
