Added Poll device option in 1.1.0

PG3 Airthings Consumer node server 1.1.0 released.

I'm not getting the outdoor data back from the API. I've been emailing with support but it's slow going, hopefully they'll transfer it to someone how actually knows what the API is.

I am not seeing any of the outdoor data returned as described in the API, I've reached out to airthings support for information. Can you put your plugin mode to Debug, let it run for a day or so then download log package and email it to me?

I have this working and will do more testing and release soon. I'm not sure how we would have a list of appropriate subjects since AC doesn't allow inputting any string. What about just making the node name the Title? I have done that and can release if you think it makes sense and nobody has an issue with it.
