The conditions for the folder to run are: If Control 'Kitchen KPLG (Wolf Creek is switched on) Than Allow the program in this folder to run. KPLG is not on and the status for the folder and for each program is false. Nevertheless, the programs in the folder activate as programmed.

I assessed the condition of the folder and of each of the programs contained within the folder; all are false. Nevertheless, the programs run every day. I have no other programs that call these programs. I am at a loss. Any thoughts?
-
How do I assess the folder condition?
-
The programs in the folder are running without the constraint set for the folder, i.e., when button g is pressed on the KPL. Am I missing something? /Users/dwheeler/Desktop/Screen Shot 2014-03-24 at 8.58.14 AM.png

How do I change my setup from access using the internal IP to the external so I can access the admin console when using another ISP?
-
I agree, but w/o the admin console I am stuck and I have more devices to set up. I downloaded Java 7 again and reinstalled. That didn't help either. How does the Java applet that runs the admin console get passed along to Java? Can that step be reinitiated somehow?
-
I Tried both my internal IP and my external IP---nothing. Is there any way I can reinstall the app in JAVA without losing all my work?
-
Yes, I tried that thread before I emptied my JAVA cache. For the time being, I would like to place the file backup issue aside. Something happened that adversely effected my ability to run the ISY Administrative Console JAVA app. I am searching for what I must do to regain that ability. Something was obviously cleared from the cache that the app needed to run.

My console access worked perfectly until I cleared the JAVA cache. What do you think about me doing this: Open System Preferences and double click the Java icon. In the Java preferences, click the security tab. Click “Edit Site List†Click “Add†and enter the URL for your ISY. Acknowledge the warning that this poses a security risk by clicking “Continue†Click “OK†then “OK†and close the Java preferences window. At this moment I just want to regain access.

Xanthros: Did you note my comment about deleting the JAVA cache as others had suggested. Now, I can no longer open the admin console. Can you help?
-
I deleted the JAVA Cache as directed elsewhere and now I can'y open the admin console! Help!!!

Unfortunately, did not work for me.

I really don't want to switch to Firefox unless I simply cannot stay with Safari. Nevertheless, thanks for the feedback.

I am running Safari 7.0.2 in OS Mavericks. When I try to do an ISY File Backup I get the message, "Could not create the ZIP File". I went to Security>Java>www.universal-devices.com>allow to stop any sandboxing. I still cannot create a backup. I am getting anxious because I have a lot of work and money invested at this point and I would hate to lose it.
-
Problem solved. I powered down the ISY and the PLM then repowered.
-
I have done a factory reset several times and attempted to link to the ISY a like number of times without success. There are no known linkages for this device, including cross-links with other devices.

I am in the process of converting from a 2412n controller to an ISY99IR Pro. I deleted a device and did a factory reset on it. Now, as I try to link it with the ISY I get the message "Cannot Determine Device Link Table Address" and the device is not added. How do I resolve this problem?
-
I thought that would be the case, but I had to ask before digging into the task.

I have several scenes that were created using a 2412n. I am now adding several kpl's throughout he house. How do I modify the existing scenes to show the devices as either responders or controllers?

I have an 8-button KPL and a ToggleLinc in this circuit. The ToggleLinc will turn the lights on and off. The KPL will do nothing. I have reset the KPL but I fear I am in over my head. I have same problem with a 3-way circuit with 2 ToggleLincs, i.e., only one switch will control the lights. All my other installs have not been 3-way and they are working perfectly. I am using an ISY 994i/IR.

When I load the admin console using the remote IP I get the following message: “ISY is currently configured with the default SSL certificate. This is a security risk!†There are two buttons. One is entitled “Request/Manage SSL Certificatesâ€; the other “Disable Internet Accessâ€. I want to preserve the ability to access the admin console remotely. How do I address this alert? I am running Mac OS Mavericks on a MacBook Pro.

Michel: I am sorry it has taken so long for me to get back to you with this question, but I have been in and out of the hospital. Where and how do I post the URL?
-
I now have an icon on the desktop that takes me directly to the admin console. Will I be able to use that icon when I am not home, i.e., will it give me remote access?
-
I tried linking the device this morning and it linked! Go figure!
