  1. Thank you. Can someone tell me if what I did is the same as the original factory query?
  2. So your factory query program is still all good? Here is what mine looks like after the install and after I added back a set ISY to query to it.
  3. Looks like I get to redo all the scenes again too. None of the devices will turn on or off until I remove them and add them back in.
  4. Thank you. I submitted a ticket and they effectively did that. Now I get to go change all the apps and programs that use 8081. Ugh!
  5. I saw that PG3 needed to update so I restarted it and now the address for PG3 returns nothing. I cannot ping the port at 3000 either. Please help! I did reboot the Polisy afterwards just to be sure but still nothing. PG2 continues to work.
  6. Yes, it does take a long time so I delayed mine 1 hour after reboot for troubleshooting purposes instead of manually querying things I need to. That said, I have never had it lock up the ISY completely like it is doing now. Guess I will just disable it and manually query for now. Thank you for all the replies!
  7. I put the Set ISY to Query back in there and ran it and the ISY locked up at about 66% system busy.
  8. I had not done the upgrade packages in a while so I decided to run it. Now I have 5.4.5 and the factory query says unrecognized action. I don't see any threads yet on 5.4.5 so I am wondering why it would upgrade the version.
  9. I can try that but I am not sure it is possible. When I click on the device nothing updates. It still shows I am on the previous device so it might delete that one.
  10. Well, still not having communication issues like the last stick but I did lose devices the other night. Restoring an ISY backup fixes the issue but still very annoying. I'd say it was a similar amount of devices (probably 10 or more) and maybe even the same devices. Some light switches, and least one outlet and some ceiling fan switches. Look like the issue is not the Zooz stick anyway.
  11. Wow, not happy I just bought the Polisy late last year if it's already obsolete then.
  12. @Michel KohanimSorry, I guess I don't understand "So does eisy" then.
  13. @Michel KohanimISY does not require 12V. I ran it on that 5V for years. I thought it was the original but maybe it was not but it's definitely 5V only and it ran the ISY.
  14. @Michel Kohanim I would like to know the answer as well. I might be having a power supply issue and I wonder if I can just try the ISY power supply I already have. It is only 5 volts and 0.5 amps but the Polisy has a 12V one with 2.0 amps.
  15. Very disappointing. Verizon vtext stopped working for me on Sept 6th and now I have no way to send a real text to my wife and children. I use Pushover but they will not want to install another program just to get my HA "Spam" as they call it. I guess I could use Pushover and Tasker on my phone to forward the notifications but that seems really painful to setup and maintain.
  16. Thank you for the advice, bought a new stick and have not had any comm issue popups in 2 days. Could not go a few hours before. They are going to look at my old one and refund the money if they find an issue, which I assume they will. Was easy to replace, just back up the original with their software and restore it on the new one with their software using a PC. Hopefully I will not lose any more devices randomly too. Thanks again!
  17. Will the devices I don't add to the PC connected HUB still work after I go back the IoP and run a restore? If not, there is no way I am doing that. I have way too many devices and that would take weeks to get them all back into programs and scenes properly. Maybe I'll just buy a new Zooz stick.
  18. I have been emailing back and forth with Zooz support and it does not seem to be getting anywhere. Now they would like me to try the controller in another device like a PC. I am afraid I might lose any devices I would add to the controller when using it from a PC. Even if I did a restore on the Polisy IoP once I was done. Those devices would be set up from the PC and not the IoP at that point?
  19. No, all hardwired.
  20. Will do, thanks!
  21. Firmware and bios are current. Zooz ZST10 700 (I don't know if firmware is current on this USB stick but I have updated it since I bought it in January.) It is possible but I don't think they are always the same ones. No, if I reboot it manually they do not disappear.
  22. Thank you for the tips, I don't think the z wave devices should disappear from a flaky power supply though. If so that's a poor design. I also don't think is was the power supply because the polyglot node servers on the Polisy say they have been running longer than when the IoP rebooted. @Michel Kohanim Do you know what could cause z wave devices to disappear? Has happened before and it's always just some of them and not all of them.
  23. The other day the IoP rebooted unexpectedly and then I noticed the next morning that it would not control a few of the z wave devices. You could even click on them and the device itself would remain the device you were on previously. I restored a backup and they all came back but I don't want to be doing that on regular basis. Not sure the reboot caused it though and I have seen it happen before. Any ideas?
