The ISY has neither an open port or a DHCP Reservation. I double checked. The AC never works but sometimes I can open it and see all my devices listed on the left. The right window is either totally empty or just lists the same devices but without current state. When clicking on any device, the right window is empty with just the name/address of the device as a title on top. When I click on the Programs tab it is empty. The Configuration tab appears as normal, with the comment that ISY Portal shows (as mentioned) Registered and Offline.

I have had multiple exchanges with UDI, but because my ISY "appears" offline they can not monitor directly by giving them the UUID. I just sent them an update of all things I tried and gave them detailed status. I also sent them the error log. The weirdest thing is that my existing programs run normally but I can not access them. This will be a problem on Monday when one of these programs is set to wake us up much earlier than what we want (lights and curtains). My wife won't be happy or maybe tomorrow night I unplug the iSY.

I listened to you and returned Polyglot to original http. ISY Portal still showing Registered and Offline in AC Configuration / Portals.

I did three things : (1) I deleted my UUID from ISY Portal and added it back in (2) I powercycled my ISY (3) in Polyglot I changed settings to https and 443 Now in ISY Configuration ISY Portal shows as Registered but offline. I open ISY Dashboard and was actually able to turn ON or OFF some devices, but it would not let me change Enable or Disable programs.

I deleted my UUID from ISY Portal and added it again, but in Portals Tab of my AC it does not ask to accept this connection (even after doing Refresh several times).

I did not change anything in my router (Google Wifi). There is no Port Reservation for my ISY Port. Thanks for pointing toward the Portral tab which indeed show that ISY Portal disappeared. My license is still active : License Active: Yes License Expiry Date: 2020-11-29 However this may actually help towards the solution . The ISY Portal not showing in my Administrative Console is either a cause or a symptom. The other thing is that in the Administrative Console it does nopt let me change the user name and password from admin/admin. Each time I enter a new username and password, it tells me that "Failed to change user/password".

This is current (not encouraging) status : These are the symptoms : I deleted the Mobilinc X App from my phone I deleted the Harmony Hub from the AC and from Polyglot. half the time, the ISY will not see my ISY. Only when power cycling my ISY will it see it. every time that I am able to open the Administrative Console, I get the same lib_403 error message, it then proceeds to list my devices but without any info in the status window. I found out that my Polyglot IP address had changed during the 24 hours that it had been powered off and I also updated the ISY info in Polyglot, which had reverted to admin/admin. I entered the new info in Polyglot. My existing ISY programs work normally (and that I find the weirdest), but I have no access in the AC to any of my devices or programs. I can log into my ISY Portal, but when clicking Select Tool; Information; ISY Information it says that Isy is not online. I am not sure yet, but I believe that, while my existing programs keep working, the nodeservers do not, even though they appear online in Polyglot. Many thanks for any genius idea that anyone may have......

Thanks. Hopefully that is the cause of the problem, and because the Polisy supposedly is being shipped I should be able to follow your suggestion. In the meantime I may just remove the nodeservers from my ISY (if I am able to).

Thanks Bumbershoot, I will try all this later today. I forgot to mention that when I log into my ISY Portal account it says that my ISY is off line, which may explain why Mobilinc does not connect. All this very strange. ".............spelunking through the nodeserver logs to see if there's any trace as to which nodeserver is causing the problem..........." I asked Michel if he could tell (I sent him the error log) but he was not able. "..........shut down Polyglot then reboot your ISY. If your ISY functionality returns, then it's likely Polyglot................" I did this yesterday, but the only difference was that with Polyglot off, my ISY shows up in the ISY launcher and I can open the AC, being without status of any of my devices.

Since yesterday I have major issues with my ISY. My Administrative Console does not list the status of any of my devices and neither Mobilinc Pro or Mobilinc X connects to my ISY. At first when opening the AC I get the attached error message and then the AC asks me to agree to the ISY terms as if it is the first time that I connect. UDI suspected that my SD card was corrupted, so I got a new card, did a restore, and the same error message appears. In fact at one point today my ISY would not appear in the ISY launcher. Upon suggestion from UDI I powered off my RPi and then the ISy showed up again but still same error message and status of devices do not show. Strangely enough my programs run (most of the time). I was able to send error log to UDI and they determined that I have a certificate issue with one my Nodeservers but they can not determine which. The only changes I have made in past few days are an update of the Harmony Hub Nodeserver and I added Mobilinc X (connected ISY Portal). Does anyone have an idea what I should do ?

I assume that Polisy will come with manual on how to move my Nodeservers from RPi to Polisy ?

I am looking forward to this next wonder of UDI.

I ran into several issues with Mobilinc X. At first it worked (and I am impressed with most of its features) but as soon as I left home it stopped working. I assume that the initial "search for ISY" only gets the local IP, and that I missed how to connect Mobilinc X to ISY Portal. But then...... my ISY stopped working all together and the system appears to be corrupted because a restore of a previous backup does not work. I already submitted a ticket with ISY and they are assisting me. But I have a suspicion that this is related to my switching from Mobilinc Pro to Mobilinc X. Tomorrow I will replace the ISY sd card and do a restore. Hopefully this will bring back my ISY. For the time being I prefer to disconnect from Mobilinc X and stay with Mobilinc Pro until I have a better understanding of how Mobilinc X works with ISY.

2019 ? Just joking of course. I'd rather wait a bit more and have a finished product.

As I have mentioned before, my setup is with these Zwave controlled automatic curtains and they work very well. I have ISY programs to open / close depending on day and time, and I also have Google Home routines ("OK Google Open X master curtains", etc). The only negative is that it is not practical to open curtains half-way, but in my case that is not an issue.

Can someone remind me how to increase memory of Java ? On my Windows 10 laptop the Administrative Console freezes when I click on the programs tab. I believe that this happened before and that I resolved it by increasing the memory of Java, but I don't remember how I did it..... Thanks !!!!!!

The first batch went to what they call the "geeks", those that identify bugs etc. There have been a number of issues that have been identified and I trust that UDI is working on addressing these issues, so that the non-geeks (like myself) can receive a product that will work on-the-go. I currently have Polyglot working fine on a RPi, so I prefer to wait and get a well working Polisy.

However to access Polyglot you must use Safari as it won't work with Chrome in Catalina.
