gduprey "Is there something special about a device or scene in order for it to be listed as in the 'In Scene' drop-down box? " The device has to be a Controller in a Scene to appear in the "In Scene" pulldown list. A Scene would have to have devices defined. What are the Scene characteristics that do not appear in the "In Scene" list? How many devices in the Scene, mix of Controller versus Responders, etc

Also it is not necessary to turn one valve Off before moving to the next. Set 'EZFlora 1' On Wait x minutes Set 'EZFlora 2' On Wait y minutes Set 'EZFlora 6' On Wait z minutes Set 'EZFlora 6' Off
-
After turning Off the Master valve 8, issue an Off for valve 1. The EZFlora will turn Off any valve (except the Master valve) that is On.

The 3.3.10 release does not support the Dual Band KPLs. The Dual Band KPLs became available well after 3.3.10 was released. Need to move to a 994i.
-
Is this a 994i or 994i Pro? I do not think the 994i supports 2048 bit encryption. See the security guide - page 2 http://www.universal-devices.com/docs/ISY994%20Series%20Network%20Security%20Guide.pdf

Restoring to the previous state is difficult today. There is no Insteon command to "go back to previous level" and until the ISY 5.0.x firmware is released device states cannot be stored in Variables.
-
"So my suggestion to you would be to create a scene and call it "all devices" and put them all in there." Unfortunately that is not possible as all the devices would be cross-linked.
-
Is that the I/O Linc Relay Status? That is what it sounds like. Should be the I/O Linc Sensor.
-
To change the Local On Level or Local Ramp Rate both the In Scene and Set parameters specify the local device. In Scene 'SwitchLinc Dimmer DB' Set 'SwitchLinc Dimmer DB' 80% (On Level) To change the Responder On Level or Responder Ramp Rate the In Scene parameter specifies the Controller and the Set parameter specifies the Responder. In Scene 'MotionSensor2-Sensor' Set 'SwitchLinc Dimmer' 80% (On Level)

edokid If Fade Down will be used a Fade Stop is needed to complete the command sequence. Otherwise the device might not respond as expected. Fade Down Wait ? seconds Fade Stop If the delay is not acceptable link the motion sensor to the light so the On command from the On Only turns the device On without the Program delay. The Program will still turn Off the light.
-
edokid The Hidden Door Sensor was added/fixed in one of the 4.1.x releases (if my memory is working).
-
The "is not switched Off" will drive the Else clause when device turned Off canceling the Wait in the Then clause. If Control 'Upstairs Bathroom Light' is switched On Or Control 'Upstairs Bathroom Light' is switched Fast On Or Control 'Upstairs Bathroom Light' is switched Fade Up Or Control 'Upstairs Bathroom Light' is switched Fade Down Or Control 'Upstairs Bathroom Light' is switched Bright Or Control 'Upstairs Bathroom Light' is switched Dim Or Control 'Upstairs Bathroom Light' is not switched Off Then
-
edokid Unfortunately the Hidden Door Sensor is not supported at 4.0.5. Suggest moving to 4.2.10 which is the latest beta.
-
Your welcome. How many hours of UDI and user time would have been saved with a simple message.
-
At least you know why and that it is back as a device.

The 0FFF is the ending byte with 0FF8 the start of the last physical link record which is the first logical link record. Each new link record is added at the next lower address( -8 ). The 8 zeros for the link record is the result of a factory reset. Nothing wrong with that. I'm running 4.2.10 as well and have no issues adding the door sensor. Very strange.
-
You are absolutely correct. I was looking at the wrong bytes, Both Hidden Door Sensors are reporting 10.11 with v43 firmware. What level UI are you running?

It shows the link database ending at 0FFF which is the correct value.

Run Tools | Diagnostics | Event Viewer at LEVEL 3. Use New INSTEON Device. Enter the Insteon address of the Hidden Door Sensor, Name of device, Auto Discover, use the top option Remove existing links. Put the Hidden Door Sensor into link mode, place it near the ISY PLM, click Ok. If it does not add successfully post the Event Trace.
-
Good to hear. Must have been an earlier ISY release that did not have support for the Dual Band variation. The Dual Band KPL Dimmer was the last KPL variation to be released.
-
There should be a + Icon to the left of the Primary node. Click on the + icon to expand the KPL display. Also what ISY firmware is being used and what is displayed on line 2 in the right side display? If running 3.3.10 on a 99i the Dual Band KPL Dimmer is not supported.
-
dstanley The Query comm looks good. In fact it is showing a Hops Left=3 value which has not been possible in the past. Click Tools | Diagnostics | PLM Info/Status and post the information displayed. I'm wondering if the PLM is the newest version.

Do not use Adjust Scene. Turn the Scene On with "Set Scene xxxxx On" to turn On button LED; turn the Scene Off with "Set Scene xxxxx Off" to turn the button LED Off.
