@larryllix That message indicates that the pkg process is already running. If it is looping like mine, you can "sudo killall pkg" to stop it. I would only do that if I could confirm what pkg is doing first You might want to create a ticket if you are unfamiliar with *nix system administration, killing upgrade processes willy-nilly can lead to instability and bricked devices. I updated from 5.4.5 this morning using the Upgrade Packages button, and the process hung. Poked around a bit, and found that pkg was version 1.18.4 and upgrade was looping with the error "New version of pkg detected; it needs to be installed first." Fix for me was to run "sudo pkg install -r udi pkg" then upgrade as per usual. Sent from my Pixel 6 Pro using Tapatalk

I do not believe that wifi is enabled on the PolISY as of yet. Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk

I find that the best way to get the particulars on any node server is to look at the developer's notes. You can click on the name of the node server in the list on PolISY, and it will take you to the GitHub for that node server. Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk

rob.bushkaufer replied to Michel Kohanim's topic in IoX Support
@mmb I ran the below this morning, and the udi repo now shows 420 packages in it. The upgrade also ran successfully, and I appear to have a fully functional PolISY again. sudo pkg update && sudo pkg upgrade service udx restart service isy restart -

I tried to update and failed as well. After attempting a number of possible fixes, I ran sudo update -f and found that there is only 1 package listed in the udi repo, and it is the PKG utility. pkg update -f Updating FreeBSD-base repository catalogue... I have a use case for the wifi, at least. I run a wireless network for IoT that is isolated from the internet, and being able to join the policy to that would let me remove some gymnastics from my routers. This assumes, of course, that forwarding between the interfaces on the policy could be disabled. Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk -
When attempting to change any settings on a bulb controlled by the MagicHome node server, I am receiving a "No Data Found" pop up with the message "Could not match Editor. PLEASE NOTIFY DEVELOPER" The devices respond correctly when manipulated through the ISY itself. Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk

I had a similar issue, and found that I needed to upgrade the Polisy OS from 12.1 to 12.2 manually to correct it. Steps taken: Remove the offending node server(s) using the web interface SSH to the Polisy uname -r -------this shows the current version, mine started with 12.1 sudo curl -s https://pkg.isy.io/update121.sh | sudo bash uname -r -------you should see that it is now 12.2 Install node server (s) using web interface Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk
