Geddy's post in Plugin for Eisy to Philips Hue interface was marked as the answer
HA! That might be the issue right there. If the eisy isn't registered on the portal then you can't install plugins! That's why I asked "Is the eisy registered with your portal account?"
Instructions: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY_Portal_Installation_Instructions
If you're not using the ISY994 anymore you can migrate that portal subscription over to the eisy.
Portal Migration instructions:
https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY_Portal_Migrate_configurations_to_a_new_ISY
Once you get the eisy registered in the portal it should work as expected.
If you're stilling having issues start a support ticket go here: https://www.universal-devices.com/my-tickets
Yep...device isn't registered with Portal. That's the issue. Once it is you should be able to install without issue.

Geddy's post in How do I know I installed the Paid version - Notifications was marked as the answer
@johnjces from the looks of your second screenshot it's showing the $15 version is installed in slot 1. So I would use that as confirmation. If you need more official confirmation you should open a support ticket to get UDI to confirm you've purchased the standard license.
You can also see on the UDI portal site the list of purchased node servers.

Geddy's post in Not Found Message when starting IoX Launcher was marked as the answer
This is a known issue that was first discovered a month (or more) ago. Has long been fixed. You need to clear Java Cahce, delete any existing start.jnlp or admin.jnlp files you have on your system and download a new IoX Launcher file from the UDI site - https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp
(Quick search would find many posts about this: https://forum.universal-devices.com/search/?q="not found"&quick=1)
Yeah...it's "secret". If you go to universal-devices.com and click on "My ISY" it right there. Also, there's a post in the "current release" area that links to the launcher file that has been in the same spot since 2018. So I'm not sure what links you seem to be saving that never work after two months, but maybe you can save one of these two links and not have an issue in December.
PS: @lgilsenberg this shouldn't impact you since you're using an ISY994, but just in case you have two entries for the ISY994 after performing the resolution steps above that is normal and acceptable. It's mostly seeming to impact Polisy and eisy users that resolve a friendly URL on some/most routers with "device.local" URL. On the ISY994 I do not think this applies, but if you should suddenly get two entries for the same device that's fine. Either would work.

Geddy's post in ISY on Polisy, Email Notifications was marked as the answer
There had been some discussion earlier this spring or Summer that Outlook was having more problems than people using Gmail. Even at one point a user said their Outlook.com account was causing the ISY service to crash.
I might suggest getting an ISY Specific Gmail account and attempting to setup following the wiki setup that was updated after Gmail changed to require 2 step authentication for the account.
Follow the setup here: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY994:Configure_Mail_Server_Settings
For testing though (with my IoP that's not in normal service) I was able to get Outlook to send a test message. It seemed to take a little while to think about it, but it worked.
My setup is as shown here:
NOTE: I do have 2FA turned on for my Microsoft account so I had to go to the account security and create an app specific password for this to work.
Read more about that here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/using-app-passwords-with-apps-that-don-t-support-two-step-verification-5896ed9b-4263-e681-128a-a6f2979a7944
Also, make sure you have at least one entry in the "groups" for recipients for the test message to go to. It can't send a test message to nowhere! I used my ISY specific gmail account and it showed up in the "inbox" for the gmail account. Sometimes the TEST message is treated as Spam and might end up in the spam folder. But this time it did go to inbox as expected.
Personally, I've had better success with Gmail than Outlook for these types of alerts.
I did have some errors/lines in the error log, but they seemed to be mostly informational lines (-17001 error IDs). I did not check on my primary ISY994 if I get the same lines when sending from Gmail.

Geddy's post in Schedule Triggered Programs Staying Always True was marked as the answer
@PLCGuy this is normal. Since it ran true at the time you had it's showing that it last ran true. If the entire icon was green it would be a "running" program (like @DennisC suggests). You can look at the Summary tab to see the activity. I have a couple of programs that run a single time event and they are showing True (as your icon shows) and on the Summary tab, but the "Activity" is "Idle".
It's not as though that program is still firing or applying your "Then" statement. It only runs at that specific time. If you want it to turn false you could put a time range in (from 2:00am - 2:01am) it would turn false after the time range.
Program Icon color meanings in the wiki: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY_Programs:Icon_Colors
"Partly green - not currently running, but last ran THEN code"

Geddy's post in Cannot login was marked as the answer
@JSchumann in addition to what @tlightne suggests (Polyglot on the eisy uses the same local credentials as the eisy admin console)if you've performed updates make sure you perform a full power cycle of the eisy. Sometimes updates get stuck (just unsure what is going on) and do not allow the system to properly reboot even though you press the "reboot" button in Admin Console.
You have a few options:
Press the power button 5 times (not holding longer than about 1-2 seconds) - this will reboot the device
Press the power button 6 times - this will shutdown the system - blue light should turn red when "off"
If you don't get successful reboot or shutdown then just pull the power supply, but that should be last attempt because the other methods give the system a chance to gracefully shutdown, thus stopping any processes in work.
Once you have successful reboot or shutdown allow 2 minutes +/- for the system to fully start up and be accessable.

Geddy's post in I can't seem to access the admin console on my ISY was marked as the answer
From the sounds of this you're using the very old method of trying to access the admin console. All browsers dropped java support ages ago and that method no longer works.
in 2018 UDI release the ISY Launcher (now IoX Launcher) that @Techman mentions above. You need to download the start.jnlp file and it will add an "IoX Launcher" icon to your desktop.
Here's the release post about the ISY Launcher (IoX Launcher) from 2018:

Geddy's post in IoX Finder - Error Not Found warning was marked as the answer
This has been fixed…you need to clear Java cache, download a new “start.jnlp” file from UDI site (click on “My ISY”) and it should be fixed. This was reported several weeks ago and downloading a new IoX launcher seemed to fix it. Make sure you delete any existing start.jnlp or admin.jnlp files before proceeding.
You mention Polyglot, but posted in ISY994 area…moving to IoX since it’s not really clear you’re using the 994. But agreed, with @Javi it’s not really a firmware issue, but you are behind. Many bugs have been fixed and enhancements made since 5.5.9 so you should try to stay current.
You need to clear Java cache and download a new start.jnlp file. Make sure you delete any existing copies on your system before proceeding.

Geddy's post in Can't launch the admin console was marked as the answer
As @Michel Kohanim suggests it looks like could be a Java issue. You said you have the "newest" version of Java installed. Which version are you running? If on windows open start menu and type "Java" then run "Configure Java" and click on "About". Should be Version 8 Update 381. I'd perform a full uninstall and clean removal (java removal tool) of Java and download again from java.com and try again.
In the file Michel linked to above I think they're looking for some of the last lines.
Specifically: <upgradeStatus>inactive</upgradeStatus>
Also, make sure you're not running any VPN, Firewall, or Anti-virus software when you're initially running/installing start.jnlp.

Geddy's post in Questions about Configuration > System in Admin Console. TPM? Reboot? was marked as the answer
This was something in the early days of Polisy that got added to IoX. I'm not sure if it does anything now, but just hasn't been removed. It's not something I'd push if there's no discussion about it in the forums. Here's a post from @Michel Kohanim about this button.
"Reboot" is supposed to reboot the device. Sometimes it works as expected, but sometimes it hangs and doesn't perform a full system reboot and power cycle is needed.
"Restart IoX" should just restart the IoX system. It's not used as much as it once was when it was "Restart ISY" on the (old) ISY994 devices. It's probably useful if you're working with support and trying to troubleshoot IoX issues and just want to restart the IoX system, but usually isn't something that many often suggest here.
Also, the "Update BIOS" is another button that showed up early in Polisy time that rarely got mentioned and doubtful that it should remain and certainly wouldn't push it unless instructed to do so by support.

Geddy's post in Can the EISY and ISY99Ir co-exist was marked as the answer
As @DennisC and @apostolakisl mention there's no good way to have them running together. Insteon devices can only have one controller. So unless you have 2 PLM and put some devices on one system and some on another you wouldn't be able to run both devices to control the Insteon you have currently have in place. That's where the migration comes into play. If you are only running Insteon currently the migration is very straight forward and easy. Quite possibly without issue you wouldn't even know you made the change.
So you're not "starting over". You're able to migrate the devices/setup from the ISY994 (as long as you're using firmware 5.3.4), and since you say you don't have any z-wave currently you more than likely are, or could/should be running 5.3.4 on the ISY994.
Good luck!

Geddy's post in eisy Backup? was marked as the answer
@MLozevski Welcome to the forums.
What's the reason for looking for files in a compressed/archived backup? The restore process uses the zip file not individual files. So any attempt to alter/edit files within the backup could corrupt the backup and cause a future restore to fail.

Geddy's post in Spontaneous system failure was marked as the answer
Please review this section of the wiki for the front lights of the ISY994:
https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Main_Page#Front_Panel_LEDs/Lights
More than likely your power supply has gone bad. Even if the power light is on and steady it might be faded or dimly light. Power supply info is given in same area linked above.
If you think the power supply is fine then check your router for "connected devices" to see if you see the ISY connected. Have you changed/replaced your router recently?
Make sure the PLM is powered on first (maybe 30-60 seconds) before you power up the ISY994.
Lastly, make sure you have downloaded a fresh IoX Launcher (start.jnlp) from the UD site (click on "My ISY" at the top of the UD site). Delete any old copies of start.jnlp or admin.jnlp that may exist on your system.

Geddy's post in New Migrate to EISY was marked as the answer
@jpoje Thanks for sharing. Have you performed a full power cycle of the eisy? Even though you might have updated and then pushed the "reboot" button in Admin Console sometimes a full power cycle is still needed to get things working correctly.
You can either press the power button 5 times to reboot the device or you can press it 6 times to power it down (power led should turn red) then unplug (just out of habit this has been suggested) then plug in and allow it to fully boot (3-5 minutes). (Source for button press: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Eisy:User_Guide#Multi_Function_Button)
Then try PG3x again.

Geddy's post in Query was marked as the answer
@jkraus depends on the name of your device, but the program would be like this:
00-Query All - KEEP
If
Time is 3:10:10AM
Then
Set 'eisy' Query
Else
- No Actions - (To add one, press 'Action')
Look for your device name near the bottom of the list of devices maybe after scenes or near them.

Geddy's post in 994i not found was marked as the answer
@BrianN324 you mentioned this. I wonder if you set a static IP on the device itself and it's outside the DHCP addressing for the new router. This was very common for users that setup the ISY994 a long time ago as that was once the suggested rout of keeping the IP address stable.
Currently, the suggested option would be through IP Reservations at the router level. And why UDI removed this ability in the Polisy and eisy devices.
If you try the above options and still cannot "find" the ISY perhaps review this from the wiki:
https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Main_Page#Changed_ISP.2FRouter_-_Can_no_longer_access_ISY
If you can't remember what the IP you used for the ISY994 there might be no other option than resetting it. Hopefully you have a backup of some sort, but if you haven't accessed the ISY994 in a while it might be last ditch effort to reset it.
If you know DHCP table used in the old router you could set that temporarily in the new router and perhaps the device would connect on bootup. Then remove the static IP setting in the ISY994 configuration tab and allow automatic DHCP. Unplug the ISY994. Then reset the router to how it was before this and let everything else connect to the router before powering up the ISY again.
Depending on how long ago you replaced the router maybe you still have it and can power it up (not connected to the internet or anything, but enough to connect the ISY994 directly to it and maybe plug a computer directly to it to attempt to access the ISY994 that way. (If the above changing the current router DHCP table is not an option for you)
One other option I can think of, and would only work if the device is connected to your network is to ask if you have it connected to the UD Portal (my.isy.io). If you have an active portal license for it see if it is showing connected to the portal. If it is then you can use the remote access address from the portal information section to attempt to add that "Admin Console URL" to the IoX Finder window you posted above. Then use your UD Portal credentials to access the ISY994.
PS: If you do have the portal access it shows you the "Internal IP" as well. But I think the device has to be connected to the current network, and if you're IP isn't within the DHCP table of the new router it might not be making that connection.

Geddy's post in Unsuccessful EISY upgrade to v.5.7.0 was marked as the answer
This just means you need to clear you java cache and run start.jnlp again.
Best path review this section of the wiki:
https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Main_Page#Installing_the_Admin_Console_Icon_on_Your_Desktop
Be sure you select all 3 boxes in the process of clearing java cache.

Geddy's post in How to find programs containing a certain device was marked as the answer
@andrew77 yes, if you right click on "My Programs" (or anywhere in the programs list) a menu option is "Find/Replace". You can search for device or you can search for raw text. If you've already deleted the old device it probably won't show up in any programs as it would error out. If you used the same name for the new device and didn't "replace device" (On the device you have an option to "Replace {device} with") it probably didn't put the new device into the old programs (I'm not sure if it's going to randomly restore a device if you removed it then added a new device and called it the same).
Another option is to look at the summary tab and see if there's a recent run program (when you wake up). It's possible a recently run program will show you what's turning that light on if it's indeed a program.

Geddy's post in PG3 Store fails to populate (PC) was marked as the answer
@RedReiter83 just in case this might have been a glitch in 3.2.1 please update to 3.2.2 (just released today).
After you update, try using a different browser. I always use Chrome and it works fine. I've never seen it not populate the pull down where "production store" should show. You're on Firefox. Perhaps you're running a plugin or something that's blocking some portions of the site from loading.
Try in a private browsing session and/or try in a different browser.
When I tried in Firefox (and in Chrome) it never allowed the dropdown to be empty. Are you running any other VPN or internet security software that might block web from loading all aspects?
Last option is to click "System" -> "Switch portal profile" and log into the portal again.

Geddy's post in PG2 worked, PG3 not polling devices was marked as the answer
Just checked my settings currently. Somehow I don't even have the bridge address in the setup.
Which bridge do you have? I think they have a v2 out as the current generation. It's the square shaped bridge.
Since it looks like you've gotten beyond the part about the node server not being registered you should be able to restart the node server and it should automatically query the bridge.
I might remove the address just to try it auto finding it. If you need it you can add the custom parameter in. Mine also doesn't have user/pass settings. I'd prefer not to have user/pass stored in the node server so hopefully manually linking as the node server starts up works out for you. If you want/need the user pass then you need to add them as custom parameters.
Try this:
Open PG3x to Hue node server log Change log to "debug", turn off AutoScroll Press button on Hue Bridge Restart Node Server Manually scroll the log area watching the output. Hopefully it will auto connect! Like I said...I set mine up a long time ago so I don't remember all the steps I went through if I had issues. So far it's working out okay.
I know there was talk about a new API being worked on by Hue and I think the developer was holding off adding "new" stuff to the node server until that API was finished. I'm not sure the status of that, but if there is new stuff hopefully it will get added. Works well for my current situation though so I'm not checking it out all the time.

Geddy's post in Does the Ring Node Server work with the Ring Alarm (and any connected sensors)? was marked as the answer
@dwengrovitz I'm going to venture a guess that it DOES NOT since the information on the node server only mentions:
The Ring nodeserver creates nodes for your doorbells, stickup cams & floodlights. https://github.com/UniversalDevicesInc/ring/blob/master/README.md
