Using WeatherBug to announce severe weather alerts

I have the ISY99IR and an Elk M1Gold security panel. I also have the Elk Module so the two are integrated. I have also been considering purchasing the WeatherBug Module from Universal Device. My question is, if I do that, can I write programs to announce certain severe weather alerts and have those alerts output through the three Elk speakers I have in our home?

Hello Mr. Blackston,

 

As far as I know, there's a only a predefined vocabulary set in ELK and, thus, it all depends on what you are trying to have ELK say.
