ISY not showing folder or scene. newbie here

for what ever reason when I add a scene or something like a folder it doesntr show up. Only after I close the program and start it back up then the appear. I ended up with 5 folder the same name. Any ideas? :cry:

Something is blocking the push of data from the ISY to the Admin Console. Things like Kaspersky and Avast are common sources. Be sure the ISY is in the trusted/white list of devices in the AV.

Or you didn't look at the very bottom of the tree after you added. New scenes/folders appear at the very bottom initially until a restart of the console or a re-sort of the tree.
