Direct commands to insteon devices

Does anyone know how to send direct commands to insteon devices from within the isy interface?

 

I had the insteon led light bulbs and during power failures or outages, the unit may get stuck in an off command and the only way to turn it off so that it can resync is via this custom command set.

 

I have done it inthe past with the smartlinc web interface software using a smartlinc 2412n.

What actual command(s) do you want to execute?

 

A direct path through the PLM is not available in the ISY.
