Thank you for an amazingly fast and seamless service experience when I upgraded my 99i to 994i!

 

I sent an email to sales@universal-devices.com just after midnight (pacific time) and someone replied at 2AM. I ordered the new ISY that morning, it shipped that afternoon, and it arrived the next day! The upgrade wiki instructions were simple and the new ISY restored perfectly within minutes. I sent an email at 9PM about transferring my modules, expecting it to be done the following day, and I received a confirmation email that the transfer was complete within minutes!
