Can I use my existing PLC in place of a PLM?

I started with Houselinc and the PLC and beginning to transition to the ISY-99i. Can I recoup my investment in the PLC's by using adaptors with the ISY-99i?

These would be RJ45 to USB type B adaptors as shown here:

Can I connect these up to my PLC and my ISY-99i still worka s usual?
