I have a Motorola SBG6580 that I have set the port forwarding to the ISY994i IP address. Inside the firewall it works fine, nothing outside.

What port have you forwarded and is it the same port as ISY's HTTPS port?

 

Please note that some routers may use the same port (443) and thus you might have to change ISY's https port and change the port forwarding rules.
