PurdueGuy Posted November 14, 2013 Posted November 14, 2013 This came up on another board I frequent. for Home Automation. There is a Kickstarter for Neurio: Home Intelligence which can theoretically detect what major power consuming device is on in your home by a single sensor at your main breaker panel (washer, dryer, fridge, etc). Unfortunately, it ends soon (early Friday morning). I know some people have issues backing Kickstarter projects. I backed it. I'm hoping I can use the API and/or cloud to notify me and/or ISY when certain things occur (washer or dryer is done, etc).
Michel Kohanim Posted November 15, 2013 Posted November 15, 2013 Hi PurdueGuy, Very interesting. You could already do that with a SynchroLinc and there's no need to send all your data to the cloud. Anyway, it does look cool. Good luck. With kind regards, Michel
