jfteague Posted November 25, 2013 Posted November 25, 2013 Good evening, Tonight I installed two OutletLinc Dimmers (2472D) and attempted to access our Admin Console to program them. When I tried to log in I got the following message (attached). I thought about resetting the PLM but was wondering if that will help with this issue. Can anyone tell me if they've seen this error and if there is a protocol I need to follow to fit it. Thanks in advance.
