Trouble logging into Admin Console

Good evening,

 

Tonight I installed two OutletLinc Dimmers (2472D) and attempted to access our Admin Console to program them. When I tried to log in I got the following message (attached). I thought about resetting the PLM but was wondering if that will help with this issue.

 

Can anyone tell me if they've seen this error and if there is a protocol I need to follow to fit it.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
