2476D communication issue

One of my Insteon 2476D dimmer switches has trouble with communications. This switch has been installed and working fine for 2 years. I have no other troubles with my system. I am using a ISY 99i Pro.

 

I have deleted the switch and can detect and install successfully. The ISY will not communicate with the switch. Any suggestions? I have disconnected the switch wiring, cleaned the wiring but nothing has changed.

Hi flsenior,

 

It could be the load attached to the switch causing noise. Do you have the same issue when there's no load attached?
