benpeart
I have one Dual Band SwitchLinc Dimmer v.41 switch whose LED is very dim when set at level 0. All my other LED's are bright at that level (I have over 60 at this point). I noticed that if I set it to level 40, then it is bright. Any idea why this one is behaving differently than all the others? Link to comment
LeeG
Probably from not having set the other SwitchLinc LED levels. The 0 value is what it says when never been set (the default LED level is much brighter than when set to 0). Set one of the others to 5, when update is complete move to 0. Link to comment
justin
I am not sure that there are "safety" risks involved, not all LED bulbs or fixtures are dimmable. Nearly all dimmable LED bulbs designed for line voltage (i.e., 120VAC) will work with Insteon dimmers, some better than others. Link to comment
