KeyPadLinc not working?

I have a KeyPadLinc that stopped working, so I reset the device. How do I get the programming back into the KeyPadLinc?

Right mouse click on any one of the buttons and then choose Restore Device.

It looks like the KeyPadLinc is defective. When I replace the old KeyPadLinc with a new one, will I be able to move the settings from the old device to the new one? How is this accomplished?

Hello kcrossley,

 

Yes. You will do that by:

1. Add the new KPL to your ISY

2. Right mouse click on the OLD one

3. Choose Replace menu item and then choose the one you just added

 

You will need release 2.6.4 or above for this to work properly (for the new KPLs).
