tunamangye Posted January 26, 2014 Posted January 26, 2014 Hi, My issy994i is not recognizing two keypads in my house. Both keypads are brand new and both are relay keypads. The Isy IS recognizing the keypadlinc switch.. and it knows is a keypad BUT it does NOT show the 4 buttons (A,B,C,D) like on other keypads on my house. Why is this? How can I fixed it? Please help, Julio

Teken Encrypted By: Phoenix Security Solutions I did upgraded the firmware to 4.1.2 but nothing changed. I still have the same problem. No A,B,C,D buttons for the keypadlinc. I still have the same UI version. How do I upgrade the UI? Julio
Michel Kohanim Posted January 31, 2014 Posted January 31, 2014 Hi Julio, does it show "unsupported device"? You can upgrade the UI by clearing your Java cache and then retry access the Admin Console. With kind regards, Michel
tunamangye Posted February 1, 2014 Author Posted February 1, 2014 Hi Julio, does it show "unsupported device"? You can upgrade the UI by clearing your Java cache and then retry access the Admin Console. With kind regards, Michel Sorry but I still have the same UI version. I did upgrade the firmware and clear the java cahe. The firmware is 4.1.2 but UI is same old a before and is not upgrading. As for the keypadlinc it does shows on the device master list, and it is recognize as a keypadlinc. But the problem is that it doesn't show the subfolder with the four different buttons (A,B,C,D) So I cant use them in a scene or in any other way. The same is happening with 2 keypadlincs, they are not showing the buttons on the subfolder. Hope this is better explained Julio
LeeG Posted February 1, 2014 Posted February 1, 2014 Shut down Admin Console and all browser sessions. Clear Java cache including "applications". Use the URL for invoking the 4.1.2 Admin Console. Verify UI at 4.1.2 by clicking Help | About. Delete keypadLinc and add it back using 4.1.2 Admin Console.
