mlennox Posted February 17, 2014 Share Posted February 17, 2014 I recently tried the Mobilinc Connect add-on, which I let expire after the 30 day trial. Since that point, my ISY99i can no longer do DNS updates, which is affecting time updates and email notifications. Please help. See attached screen capture when trying to send a test email. If you have configured your ISY with a static IP address, please try 8.8.4.4 for DNS 2. If that does not work, please revert to DHCP With kind regards, Michel Link to comment

mlennox Posted February 18, 2014 Author Share Posted February 18, 2014 I've had static IP for years on the ISY no problems.. nothing has changed in that respect. At any rate, after switching to DHCP and then back to static IP, things were working... but unfortunately they are no longer working again. Not sure where to go next. Link to comment

mlennox Posted February 20, 2014 Author Share Posted February 20, 2014 nothing has changed and i have several other static ip devices on the network working fine. the problem started when mobilinc account expired. how do i remove that module? Link to comment
