After about a month the SwitchLinc has stopped responding to ISY commands and show a big red exclamation mark. Tried to query to no avail. Device is close to other dual band devices (3 - 6 ft) including the ISY PLM. Any thoughts as to whats going on besides just a dead device?

I have a few of these that have been problematic especially when there have been power outages. Usually, pulling the air gap switch for 10 seconds then returning to the normal position gets them working again. When pushing the air gap switch back in, be careful not to push it past flush as that may cause a factory reset.

You are a genius... that fixed the problem. Had a power outage the other night till the backup generator kicked in. Thanks.

Not a genius, just an old timer... But thanks. Glad that got it working for you :)
