Is the 2477D SwitchLinc on the same or opposite 120v leg to the ISY PLM? If on the opposite 120v leg what is used to couple the 120v legs? How far away is the SwitchLinc from the PLM? Are there other Insteon devices working on the 120v leg powering this SwitchLinc? Is it being turned On/Off with a Scene or Direct commands?
