I'm not sure what else to tell you about your error then.

Automatic upgrade, AFAIK, is always on but Beta versions are not distributed this way. When 2.7 is available a notice will pop up when you open the administration console.

Hello Walter,

I do apologize for the inconvenience. You cannot simply disable kaspersky. You will find the instructions for configuring kaspersky here:

http://forum.universal-devices.com/viewtopic.php?t=1162

Please do let us know if you are still experiencing the same issues.

With kind regards,

Michel

I have Kaspersky disabled and still problem exists. Also how to set automatic upgrade option?

Thanks Walter

Hello Walter,

I am so very sorry. You can access ISY through http://www.universal-devices.com/99i , right? If so, we would like to access it remotely and see if we can fix it over the internet:

1. Please try File->Enable Internet Access ... if this does not work, then

2. Please try http://forum.universal-devices.com/viewtopic.php?t=635 (your port is 443)

Once you get the remote URL, please contact us (http://www.universal-devices.com/contact.htm) with your remote URL.

If you have problems enabling internet access, please do give us a call and we'll walk you through it.

With kind regards,

Michel
