jkosharek Posted July 23, 2014 Posted July 23, 2014 I purchased eKeypad Pro for my apple devices to control my isy994i, Russound MCA-C5, and my Philips Hue lights. I also purchased the blueprint module as this and the icon animation/feedback was the major selling feature for your app. I have the ISY and MCA-C5 configured and working correctly. The problem is with adding the Hue. If I add it via the "Find Hue Bridge" search function, as soon as I press the bridge it finds, the app crashes, if I add it by IP it hangs on "searching for bridge" and in status menu, it just says "Connecting Now". Anyone get the Hue function working?

We are currently looking into why this issue is occurring for some uses but not others. The root cause is not yet apparent so if you are experiencing issues linking eKeypad with your Philips Hue hub (either timeouts or crashes) please contact us through the support screen in the eKeypad application. The details of your situation will help us determine the cause more quickly. We are actively working to get Hue support working for everyone as quickly as possible.
