How to find a program...

Featured Replies

Posted

My bedroom lights came on in the middle of the night twice after I went to sleep 3 days ago.  I just now remembered this.  It happened at 2:20 AM.  How can I find out what program, remote, scene etc. caused this?

Thanks!

To determine if it's a program, select program, summary and sort by last run time.

If it's a scene, then it may be a little tougher. Select the device the bedroom light is wired to and examine what that device is a responder to.

But last run time will not give me the program that ran at 2:20AM 4 days ago if that program has run again which is very likely.  Any other ways?

Hi jmed999,

The best thing to do is:

1. Use the Find/Replace menu item on My Programs and look for ALL programs that have Bedroom Lights in the Then section

2. For all those programs, create a little notification

If you don't get any notifications, then the problem is probably related to a link in one/more of your devices. And, as always, please do not hesitate to contact our support if we can be of further assistance.

With kind regards,

Michel
