I can't get the climate module to find a location

It doesn't appear to be working.  Do I need to go the Ham Weather and link it?

I have ISY-994i firmware v.4.0.5   UI V 4.2.8

And I show that I have WEATHER INFORMATION  21020

Do I need to contact Ham Weather?   When it loaded it showed Weather Bug , but now I don't see that anymore

No need to contact HW. You'll need to update your ISY firmware to 4.2.8. The latest version of the firmware supports HamWeather.

Ok , I now updated firmware to 4.2.8 and made sure its there.

I can now see the weather settings, but I cannot enter my zip or city and get myself located

I cleared java cache and rebooted ISY program

Thanks for the HELP!!!

I have tried several different cities around in the area with no luck.

Nothing comes up on the list of areas

Click on "Find" then enter just a city name in the find box, no zip code or state. Once you have an acceptable station click on it then click "Save"

Let me know it that works for you.

No, that didn't work - city - then tried city state - zip - I tried all these things

I was having the exact same issue.

Entering toronto,on,ca into the location ID seems to have worked for me.

As per the other thread I'm on version 4.2.8.

Seems that there is a defect in the Find part of the application.

some of us have been having intermittent problems with the climate module. when I entered fort myers I got the following results (see attached) If you're still having issues you should submit a support ticket to UDI.

the exact city I'm shooting for is Bokeelia, Florida

I'm working with UDI right now, if we find something I will post it here

When I entered Bokeelia in the find box it found a station (see attached). Hope you get it resolved.
