However while the java section tries to load I got this error: ClassNotFoundException - com.universaldevices.client.ui.UDClientApplet.class Any suggestions? I made sure my java was up to date already

osurh18 Posted August 22, 2014 Author Posted August 22, 2014 Thanks, that resolved the Java issue, New problem When the console screen pops up it never asks me to login and doesn't populate anything in the ISY. I tried to manually login by going to File<Logon. Nothing happened. I tried to go to restore ISY...nothing happened
osurh18 Posted August 22, 2014 Author Posted August 22, 2014 (edited) Took forever but I was able to login. I was ultimately trying to be able to restore my ISY because I've been having a few issues. One issue I have right now is that even though I can see all my devices and scenes the console cannot load the current states of the devices which makes me think I am not communicating with the isy completely. I backed up the ISY the last time everything was working well. However I cannot seem to find the location of the backup. What is the default or file extenstion? Edited August 22, 2014 by osurh18
