calberrt
Hi Guys. I've been a casual user of the ISY for a little bit and have recently run into a problem with the latest java update when trying to access the admin console through my ISY. I can access the admin console through the universal devices website. Everytime I go to access the admin console through my ISY, I get the following Java error. "Missing Required Permissions Manifest in main Jar http://isy/web/insteon.jar" I have flushed my Java cache and even when I try to reload it, I get the same error. Maybe some out there with some more technical knowledge can help me out? It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time Link to comment
Mark H
I believe the issue is that you you need to allow this in the Java console. On Windows: Start -> Control Panel -> Java (32 bit). Java Control Panel -> Security sub-tab -> Exception Site List -> add your ISY's IP Address as a URL (i.e. http://192.168.1.100) Does that do the trick? Link to comment

raptor
I have the same problem. I updated Java and added my IP to the exception list but still get application blocked for security Link to comment
larryllix
I have the same problem. I updated Java and added my IP to the exception list but still get application blocked for security Do you have your IP address of your ISY locked down in the DHCP table in your router? If your dynamically allocated IP in your ISY changes, allowing the old IP through, it will not help. Link to comment

raptor
Windows and yes it's a static IP. With the same IP set for the exception I can get to the web interface just can't get open the admin consol Link to comment
stusviews
If you've updated, then you need to reinstall the Admin Console (Settings). Link to comment
raptor
Do you mean add it to the exception list? I removed it from the list and added it again but still get the same error message. Link to comment
