programs and timers disappeared

Hi Guys;

Probably just a little problem easily solved but I can't seem to get my ISY programs and timers back.

When I look at the GUI, I have all my devices and they all work, etc... but my programs and timers aren't there.

My programs (such as a double tap SWL turns on three lights blah blah blah,) works still but I can't see them on the GUI. Andht etimers don't work at all.

I don't believe it's my firewall like DBaldwin worked through.

A simple fix?

Hi Drew,

If your timers do NOT work then it's not a firewall issue. None of your programs are listed?

To test, add a new program, close your browser, restart it and let me know if the new program shows up.

With kind regards,

Michel

Hi Michel;

I've added a program and when I go back it's not there.

This is odd as everything's been running fine for a while now.

I still have issues with the power supply in my computer but I just make sure that it's in standby when it's not in use.

Drew,

I guarantee that this is related to your firewall software (same issue as DBaldwin).

With kind regards,

Michel

I only have the windows firewall. Is there a setting I should change?

I shut off the firewall completely and wrote a new program. I closed all browsers and tried the ISY GUI again. Still no programs or timers.

I should say that my triggers still work. Just no programs and timers.

Hi Drew,

What URL do you use to access ISY? http://www.universal-devices.com/MyInsteonISY or do you use the local IP address for your ISY?

Also, have you tried clearing the Java cache?

With kind regards,

Michel
