doowadiddy2003 Posted October 5, 2008 Posted October 5, 2008 If I go to the diagnostics - PLM info, it tells me I am not connected. I have tried doing a FR command through telnet and also a restore PLM which fails (i guess you need to be connected to a PLM to restore it?). Is there any way to force a connection to the PLM Any help appreciated - Thanks
Michel Kohanim Posted October 5, 2008 Posted October 5, 2008 Hello doowadiddy2003, Apologies for a tardy reply. Usually there are two causes for this: 1. a faulty PLM 2. a faulty Cat5 cable Would you be kind enough to swap the cat5 cable that goes from ISY to the PLM and see if that solves the problem? If not, then - and unfortunately so - you will need to request for a replacement PLM. With kind regards, Michel If I go to the diagnostics - PLM info, it tells me I am not connected.
