jon102034050 Posted March 4, 2015 Posted March 4, 2015 Does anybody know if its possible to reverse the status of a schlage lock? My admin console reports the exact opposite status of my BE369 Schlage lock. I know with my previous controller (Vera), it was possible by adding a configuration parameter, but I can't seem to find anything on how to do this with my ISY though. Thanks!

Have you tied synchronizing the lock by right clicking on the lock in the admin console, then Z-Wave, then click on synchronize.

Michel Kohanim Posted March 5, 2015 Posted March 5, 2015 Hi jon102034050, Do you remember which parameter you configured in Vera? With kind regards, Michel

Michel Kohanim Posted March 6, 2015 Posted March 6, 2015 Hi jon102034050, Thank you. Let me do some investigation and get back to you. With kind regards, Michel
blueman2 Posted March 6, 2015 Posted March 6, 2015 I have this lock and initially installed it wrong. This gave me reversed locked/unlocked. You have to pull the knob and turn it to the right initial position. Mechanical issue vs electrical/settings issue.

Do I need to take the cover of the lock off? There is a mechanism inside the lock (that looks like a metal tab) that rotates when the lock paddle is moved back and forth. I can pull this tab out (maybe a quarter or half inch), but that doesn't get me anywhere, I'm unable to rotate it. I'll see if I can upload a picture of what I'm talking about.
