I'm having a problem purchasing modules for my ISY 994i. When I select Help>Purchase Modules, I'm directed to a web page that says 'No modules installed for this product.' and 'No additional modules available.' I have the latest firmware installed and everything else works just fine.

 

Can anyone provide some guidance on how to fix this?

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
