"Purchase Modules" issue

Hello all,

 

I am trying to purchase the irrigation module but when I go to Help then choose Purchase Modules, nothing is happening.  I am on a Mac using Safari.  I have updated the java and that did not change anything.

 

Any suggestions?

Hi Jerry, do you have Safari already opened? Try opening Safari first and then go to Admin Console->Help-->Purchase Modules.

 

I open Safari and type in the address to go to the admin console.
